Courtney brings substantial expertise to the firm’s business valuation, forensic and litigation service areas with nearly 10 years in valuation and litigation consulting. Prior to her becoming the Director of Business Valuation and Forensic Accounting, Courtney worked at GBQ Partners and then a local valuation and forensic accounting firm.

Her background includes completion of business valuations for estate and gift tax planning, marital divorces and dissolutions, buy-sell agreements, bankruptcies, M&A, Subchapter C to Subchapter S conversions, succession planning, and other tax, corporate, and litigation matters.  In the divorce area she has experience with tracing separate property, establishing the tax consequences of a division of property and spousal support, income identification, valuing closely-held businesses, and discovery.
